The website looks nice and I did eventually find what I needed, but it felt like more effort than it should’ve been. A few pages were slow to load, and the menu was clunky on my phone, so I had to keep tapping around just to get where I wanted. Checkout was fine in the end, but the whole thing could be a bit smoother

I was waiting for this delivery for what felt like forever. Slow it was, like painfully slow, and by the time it finally showed up I was already annoyed.

I was hoping to hear back by now, but I still haven’t received any reply. Disappointing, honestly.

I went in hoping to pick up a few things I usually like, but barely any of it was in stock. It was kind of frustrating, and I felt a bit ignored, like no one really cared that the shelves were missing so much.

Overall, I’m happy with the frame. It looks really nice once it’s up on the wall, and it feels sturdy enough. I will say, though, I’ve bought a couple of similar frames before that had cleaner corners, so I was a little surprised these weren’t as neat as I expected. It’s not a dealbreaker by any means, but for the price, I thought the finish would be a bit more polished

I had trouble trying to do a return/exchange after the size I ordered didn't fit right. I sent it back and then didn't hear nothing for a while, so I had to reach out myself. The refund took about three weeks, and support just said it was still being processed. I can't say I was happy with how it was handled.

Got this and it feels way nicer than I expected. The material doesn’t feel cheap at all, and it looked better in person once I had it out. Not much else to say, but I’m happy with it.

I got one of these frames as a gift, and it did look nice when it arrived. Nothing was damaged and the presentation was good. That said, for the price, I expected it to feel a little more special or higher quality. It’s still a decent gift idea, but I have to admit it kind of made me lose some trust in the value they’re offering. I’d think twice before buying another one myself

The stuff they do have is nice, so I don’t want to be unfair, but the selection felt limited. I just wish there were a few more options to choose from, because it would make the experience a lot better for everyone.

I’m not sure if I just got a bad one, but the frame corners started coming loose after about two weeks. I really wanted to like it, but for the price, it just doesn’t feel worth it.

I mean, the site does look clean overall, and the products definitely have that stylish kind of feel to them. I did like some of the colours, and the simple layouts made it, you know, easy enough to just browse around without getting annoyed or confused.
But yeah, for me personally, the design felt a little too neat and sort of samey in a few places. It looks nice, like, there’s nothing really wrong with it, but it just didn’t feel super exciting to me. So, honestly, 3 stars feels about right.

Really pleased with it overall and I’d definitely use them again.

Ordering was straightforward, which was a relief. Checkout didn’t make me jump through a bunch of unnecessary hoops, and the updates came through quickly. i don’t know why that isn’t always the case, but at least this time it was hassle-free...

The packaging was decent overall, I guess. The box did its job, but it showed up with a small dent on one side, probably from whatever happened along the way. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed.
